Refund policy

If Ichor is not for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of buying it. We do not ask why.

How

Use the link in your receipt email from Paddle, reply to that email, or write to support@ichorsynth.com with the address you bought with. Paddle, our reseller, returns the money to the way you paid; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.

What happens to the license

Once the refund is made, the license key stops working. Ichor stays installed and your projects still open, but it makes no sound until another key is entered.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong, for example if Ichor will not run on your computer. We look at every case.

Disputed payments

Please write to us before disputing a payment with your bank or PayPal; a refund is quicker for everyone. A disputed payment deactivates its key.
